It covers damage which the insured shall become legally liable to pay consequent upon
accidental death Of or bodly
injury to or illness of any person (hereafter termed injury), or accidental loss of or physical damage to tangible property (hereafter termed damage) occurring within the territorial limits during the period of insurance in the course of or in connection with the business.
